SLEDDING AT UNION CREEK

We FINALLY went sledding a couple weeks ago, and thank goodness this winter lasted FOREVER! I was afraid we had missed the snow this season, but weekend after weekend the snow kept falling and falling in Union Creek.

We left early morning and the rain started on our drive up to the Farewell Bend Sno-Park, just 1/4 mile up the road from Beckie’s Cafe and Union Creek Resort… but eventually stopped, and we really enjoyed our time in the snow!

This was our first real sledding hill with the kids, and we couldn’t get these kids to quit.

I’ve never seen such a daredevil in a 5 year old girl!

          

We loved Farewell Bend, but we can’t wait to try out other sledding SNO-PARKS next winter!
